Keith Urban Twitter, Opens Account For Chat With Fans: 'American Idol' Judge Maintains Blog While On Tour, New Album 2013 Update

Keith Urban, American Idol Judge, would like to remind the general public that this Wednesday he is planning to do a twitter chat at 4 p.m. central time.

Keith Urban has a very unique way of keeping up with fans in a more face to face way than most other artists while he is out on tour. There are probably plenty of other artists who do something similar but Keith Urban puts the camera right up into his face.

What he does is takes (what I am assuming to be) his cell phone camera and points it at his face. He then tells the world what is going on with him and his tour, letting us all know that he is alive and well in his wonderful Australian accent.

Keith Urban was the judge on last year's American Idol, and he is one heck of a guitar player. He has played crossroads with a bunch of different people, and has one of the highest degrees of picking skills in country music, and arguably all music. His ability to wail on the guitar has allowed him to be featured in one of the latest songs to go number one in the charts, "Highway Don't Care," which is sung by Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift, and who does the guitar for it? You guessed it, Keith Urban.

Urban has some wonderful instrumentals on his albums, something him and long time friend Brad Paisley do all the time it would seem.

Keith Urban's new album will be released on September 10, 2013. His website says he has "Lit The Fuse" for the album, which is sure to blow up the numbers in the charts and downloading charts.
