Theophilus London Launches Spongebob Squarepants Clothing Line 2013, Throws Huge Hamptons Party to Celebrate

In quite possibly the most ridiculous cross-promotional deal this side of Will.i.am's #entire #career, Theophilus London has announced his new Spongebob Squarepants-branded clothing line.

Read it again, it doesn't get any less ludicrous. 

Nickelodeon and London threw a big party in the Hamptons on June 22 to announce the the SpongeBob x LVRS apparel line. (Be sure to type it like that in the future. Googling "Spongebob X Lovers" will likely leave you staring into the internet abyss until it stares back.)

"SpongeBob is a legendary pop culture icon," London said. "It's a dream come true collaborating with him.I grew up watching him and if he was real, I would totally hang out with him."
