Popular actor James Woods showed-off his sexy (and much younger) new girlfriend Kristen Bauguess at NYC's "White House Down" premiere on Tuesday evening (June 25). It turns out the 20-year-old beauty ran into some trouble with the law just a few weeks ago - she was arrested in Georgia earlier in June on suspicion of two felonies - possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Is the wild beauty a little too young and immature for the 66-year-old Emmy Award winner?

Woods and Bauguess cozied-up on the Red Carpet at NYC's famed Ziegfeld Theatre earlier this week. It appears as if the new couple planned color-coordinated outfits... and despite the HUGE age difference, they look quite good together.

It looks like Woods might have to keep a closer eye on his new sweetheart, however. According to court documents, Bauguess was arrested in Chatham County, Georgia on June 8 on suspicion of two felonies and three misdemeanors. Charges included possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (both felonies). She was also arrested for speeding, failure to register an automobile, and switching license tags to misrepresent.

Despite Bauguess' recent run-in with the law, she continues to post flirtatious tweets with Woods on Twitter (where she goes by Kristen Reaves):
