Phoenix 'Trying To Be Cool' MUSIC VIDEO, Latest Clip From New Album 'Bankrupt!'

Phoenix's synth-heavy latest Bankrupt! is riding high on the success of singles "Entertainment" and "Trying To Be Cool." Well, the latter single finally has an equally great music video to go along with the danceable summer jam.

"Trying To Be Cool" was shot by director CANADA and is a collaboration between Phoenix and VICE's The Creators Project (who you may remember as the people who brought us all those awesome Daft Punk interviews). The entire video was shot mostly in one take (hence the constantly resetting countdown clocks, which allowed performers to get in position).
