On July 2, Tricia Baumhardt, of Superchick, released the music video for the lead single, 'Enough,' from her upcoming debut solo album, 'Radiate,' which is set to be released on August 13.

Her EP, 'Enough,' was released on June 11, and featured the tracks 'Enough,' 'Everything As Loss,' and the title track of her upcoming album, 'Radiate.'

The lead single, 'Enough,' proves to be a reminder that God's love will always be enough even at those times when we don't feel like we measure up. They lyrics state, "Gonna be days when I'm falling short/Missing every dream that I'm reaching for/When nothing in life is going like I wish it would."

In her bio on Facebook, Tricia explained the meaning behind those words. "It's so easy to compare yourself, and feel like God is blessing someone else with something that you want," she said. "But I'm learning that He has me exactly where I'm supposed to be at this moment, even when I don't feel good enough." And this idea leads to the chorus of 'Enough' which says: "It's enough that You know what I'm needing/It's enough just to go where You're leading/If I have nothing else I will always have Your love/And that's enough."

Tricia is lead singer of the GRAMMY nominated band, Superchick. She has recently branched off in pursuit of a solo career. 'Radiate,' will be her debut solo album and her first chance to make a real name for herself apart from the band. "This album is called Radiate because I believe that is what each Christian is called to do, no matter their career choice. We are called to reflect the glory of God in our lives to a world that is hurting and broken all around us," Tricia said, according to her bio.

'Radiate' will be a upbeat pop album that utilizes electronic elements in a happy and uplifting way. It will deal with themes such as issues of identity, self-image and appearance. "Even as an adult there are different areas that make me feel the same way I did in high school - that I'm not good enough, that I don't measure up." Tricia said, according to her bio. "I have bad days where I feel easily discouraged, depressed and listen to the fear. But those moments in particular are the times where I have to hold onto the truth of God's love. To let my heart be convinced of the things that my mind knows."

'Radiate' is a collaboration between Tricia and her husband, Nick Baumhardt (of Stellar Kart). He produced the album and accompanied Tricia in co-writting many of the songs. "I loved working with Nick on this project. We're both easy going and don't take ourselves too seriously. We were able to be very honest throughout the creative process because we wanted the best art that we could create," Tricia explained.

They co-wrote songs for the album including 'Mirror Mirror' and 'Everything As Loss,' two songs that remind a listener that life is more than the temporary and fleeting treasures of this earth that can easily hold our attention with empty promises of fulfillment. In addition, the pair wrote songs such as 'Good To Be A Girl' and 'Pity Party,' which are more light-hearted and upbeat with fun electronic accompaniment.

Being that this will be Tricia's first solo album, these songs will have a much more personal meaning for her than songs she has done in the past. "This record, and these songs are my thoughts and heart," she said, according to her bio. "They are the things that I feel are important for me to communicate."

Tricia's faith has really shaped her life as a musician and the concept of faith will be very evident on her new album. "Romans 12 has really awakened my heart to the way I want to live: loving genuinely, outdoing one another in showing honor, living at peace with everyone and serving the Lord," she said. "Whether I'm writing songs in the studio, on tour as an artist, or at home being a wife and mother, that's what I want my life and music to be about." Songs on the album such as, 'What I know,' communicate a message that God is real and faith is something powerful that we can hold onto.

"I hope that people are inspired and encouraged by this album. I hope that they enjoy the happy, upbeat songs, and that the slower songs are healing," Tricia said of 'Radiate'. "These songs were inspired by my life experiences, and I hope that people will feel like they aren't the only ones with struggles, fears, and insecurities. But, ultimately our circumstances in life don't change that fact that God is always good."
