On his twelfth studio album Magna Carta Holy Grail, Jay-Z addresses Miley's twerk phenomenon on his song "SomewhereinAmerica." The mogul hosted an impromptu (for fans) Twitter interview with his followers Monday evening and he addressed his mention of Miley Cyrus and even exchanged tweet with the twerk queen herself. Jay-Z stopped by HOT 97 radio station in New York City Tuesday, July 9 and Miley's name came up again. "I like what she is doing-just being herself," Jay-Z said.

Jay-Z told Angie Martinez that Miley is responding to fans who want her to still be Hannah Montana. He commended Miley for being herself and putting her foot down to take control of who she is. "People what her to be something and she like I'm not that," Jay said. Angie took it a step further and asked Jay would he manage Miley Cyrus on Roc Nation, snd he said "there is room on the roster."
Jay-Z cleverly ignited a Miley Cyrus crazy with his album when he let the world know that he was socially aware of her twerking on his chorusless track "SomewhereinAmerica."
Jay-Z raps,
When I was talking Instagram, last thing you wanted was your picture snapped. Feds still lurking, they see I'm still putting work in, 'cause somewhereinamerica, Miley Cyrus is still twerkin', ha! Twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk, Miley, Miley, twerk, twerk, twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley, twerk. Twerk, yeah, ugh-huh. Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley - Only in America
Can you hear the cynicism in Jay-Z's voice?
The "We Can't Stop" singer took to her Twitter account to gloat, tweeting that she doesn't hear Jay-Z shouting any other "bitches" out.

The irony of it all is that on Miley's Song "Party in the USA," she sang "and a Jay-Z song wass on." However, when asked later in an interview which Jay song she was referring to, she simply said, "I've never heard a Jay-Z song. I don't listen to pop music."
