Despite the constant wave of negative attention from his neighbors in Calabasas, CA. and the new legal troubles presented by his live-ins Lil Twist and Lil Za, Justin Bieber refuses to put them out on their own. The pop star refers to the duo as "true friends."

Most of the issues have stemmed from the pair borrowing Bieber's sports cars to go tearing around the neighborhood. In a video obtained by TMZ last month, the pair are seen driving crazily around the neighborhood and harassing one of Bieber's neighbors. A woman is seen driving when she is forced to pause thanks to the creatively-named Za and Twist parked in both lanes, driving Bieber's Land Rover and now-famous Ferrari.

The woman slows to a crawl to pass the roadblock, which apparently incites the...whatever professions they are. Both peel out and speed past the driver. At the gate of the community, Za gets out of his vehicle and confronts the driver.

"I live with Justin Bieber and you know I do," he says, somewhat admitting his inability to pay rent. "F--- you. Get the f--- out of here."

The issues came to a head in the previous few days when Lil Twist was arrested for driving Bieber's chromed-out Fisker Karma while under the influence of alcohol. What makes it worse, if possible, is that Twist is only 20 years old.

Many believe the pair of rappers are having a negative influence on Bieber and his own bad behavior. In a conversation with former President Bill Clinton yesterday, the dignitary advised Bieber to be careful who he hangs out with. The vocalist was calling to apologize for saying "F--- Bill Clinton" in a leaked video." Sources say that Bieber is just happy to have friends his age, after spending most of his time in the music industry surrounded by adults.
