Jordin Sparks and Jason DeRulo ENGAGED? No, At Least Not Yet for American Idol

Jordin Sparks and Jason DeRulo have been going strong for a while now so some engagement rumors were bound to start happening. The social media world thought that the time was nie when Sparks took to Twitter to vent some excessive excitement.

"Yes I'm excited for my babe to perform but that's not why I'm FREAKING OUT!" the pop star and former American Idol winner wrote in Exhibit A. Exhibit B read "*JUMPS ON BED & SCREAMS!!!* (sorry to the people in the room under me)."

A source was quick to throw a water on the fire however. "They are not engaged at all," the individual told E! News.

Based on some other recent tweets from Sparks, we hypothesize that her excitement may have something to do with the game "Candy Crush."
