Kanye West is one celebrity who has become infamous for attacking the paparazzi. His arrogance and obvious hate towards the people who inadvertently influence is star status has continued to make headlines over the recent years. Yeezy has faced lawsuits, scrutiny, and praise for blasting the Paps. However, last weeks attack while caught on camera, may not land the new dad in any legal trouble after all.
Following Ye's brutal attack on a persistent photographer Friday at LAX, in which the victim claimed that Kanye tried to steal his camera, the LAPD robbery detectives are investigating those allegations, TMZ reported. Sources told TMZ, The D.A. will NEVER charge Kanye with felony attempted robbery, because there's no proof he tried to pilfer the camera at LAX.

LAPD are confident that the robbery case will be rejected, the file will go to the L.A. City Attorney for a possible misdemeanor criminal battery prosecution, according to TMZ. However, rumor is Kanye is will to pay the cost to be the boss by way of civil compromise to make the case disappear.
Sounds like paparazzi better watch out Kanye can't not be stopped.
