Dexter Season 8 SPOILERS: Deb Contemplates Suicide, Reunites With Dexter When Vogel Endangered

Fans of the Showtime hit "Dexter" knew that things would go bad when Deb learned about her brother's big secret. But new spoilers reveal that her life nearly comes to an end altogether.

TV Guide reports the following in its Mega Buzz column:

"Wow, how can Deb and Dexter come back from her trying to kill him? - Jeremy 

Dexter's dysfunctional family will take part in a therapy session with Vogel to work through their issues, but consider the car accident Deb's rock-bottom. 'She's seen that Harry has killed himself when he realized what he taught Dexter to do; he couldn't live with himself. So she feels she's aided and abetted him,' executive producer Sara Colleton says. 'At first she thinks she's going to kill herself, but then she realizes that it's an impulsive thing in the moment that she does.' But the siblings may come together when Vogel's life is threatened."

"Dexter" is in the midst of its eighth and final season and will conclude its run in September.

As MStars previously reported, Yvonne Strahovski will return as Hannah, Dexter's woman from Season 7, at some point in Season 8. The actress said at San Diego Comic-Con 2013 that she will take "revenge" before stopping herself and changing that word to "motivation."

"We don't know if her revenge..." - before stopping short to correct herself - ...her motivation is going to be," she laughed. "I didn't give anything away! We don't know if it's going to be for revenge or love."
