Producer DJ Khaled proposed to rapper Nicki Minaj with a 10-karat diamond ring costing $500,000 on a 90-second short video that went viral.

The Hip Hop producer professed his love for the first time for Nicki Minaj in front of millions saying, "I want to be honest with you. I love you. I like you. I want you to be mine," he tells her on camera.

That 37-year-old admitted that he wanted to ask in person and said due to their conflicting schedules there wasn't time for them to actually meet in person, "You need a man like me in your life that's gonna take care of you and respect you," he insists. Khaled added, "You gotta take your time and think about it, I understand. But I know I have to be here today to let you know how serious I am and about how serious this is to me."

The hit producer opened up the Rafaello & Co box and showed the sparkling rock and said, "I want to let your fans know, my fans know, my family, your family, that I wanna marry you. I been working hard to get this ring... Nicki Minaj... will you marry me?"
