Cleveland Kidnap Victim Amanda Berry Joins Nelly On Stage 'RoverFest' [VIDEO]: Held Captive For a Decade, Puts Her Life Back Together With Nelly's Help

Cleveland Kidnap victim, Amanda Berry is finally getting her life back. After 10 years in captivity, Amanda Berry is ready to assimilate into mainstream society. At the RoverFest in Cleveland on Saturday, Berry, 27, recieved a warm welcome from concert-goers, as she appeared to be acclimating well, rocking out on the stage with Grammy Award winning artist Nelly.

"She waved to the crowd, everyone went crazy cheering, and she went backstage. Nelly did his set, 4 or 5 songs, and then he brought her out again and everyone cheered," concertgoer Kayleigh Fladung told Cleveland.com.

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were held captive for a decade by Ariel Castro in his Cleveland home. The women and a young child said to have been fathered by Castro were rescued in May when neighbor Charles Ramsey, saw Berry trying to escape from the home on Seymour Avenue

He told news reporters after the fact that she identified her self and said that she had been there a long time. Ramsey then attempted to help her escape by creating a small crawl space and helping her and the other kidnapped victims escape to freedom.
