Chris Brown is planning to sue Deanna Gines, after she claimed that he shoved her to the ground that left her injured.
According to HipHollywood, Chris Brown's camp and the nightclub has proven Gines' claims to be false a source says, "[Brown's camp] already proved the allegations to be false, and that the singer's team plans to sue Gines and hold her accountable if she proceeds."

Originally, Brown was being sued by Gines for $25,000 who he allegedly assaulted at a nightclub.
According to TMZ, Gines appeared on their "TMZ Live" show and said that she only wanted an apology after he shoved her to the ground at Heat Ultra Lounge in the O.C., last month.
The 24-year-old claims she tore a ligament in her right knee caused by the incident. The nightclub owner and Brown has denied the allegations, but now since he's never apologized, she is taking the artist and the nightclub to court for battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
