Let's get this out of the way. If you haven't downloaded Chance The Rapper's Acid Rap yet, you should. The introspective upstart Chicagoan provides the perfect counterpoint to the drill movement and associated gun violence that seems to get all the newspaper ink outside his hometown. It's great, it's cool, it's free. Here's a link.
That being said, Chance has dropped the second video off of that mixtape for the track "Everybody's Something." In it, CTR floats through space while images of the city he calls home are projected on him. (Kind of like the inverse of all of those lame tumblr gifs with space moving inside something that is not space.) It fits the tone of the song (and Chance's unique vocal style) perfectly.
