Directioners sure know how to get things done. British boy band One Direction dominated the Hot 100 this week, debuting at No. 2 with their new single 2013 "Best Song Ever," according to Billboard.

The VEVO record set last week by 1D fans is mostly what helped the This Is Us song debut at such high numbers. "Best Song Ever" shot onto the Streaming Songs Chart at No. 2, with the vast majority of its listens coming from the VEVO music video. The video for "Best Song Ever" was released on Monday, July 22, alongside the song's digital release. It quickly broke VEVO records, becoming the most streamed video in 24 hours with 10.9 million views.

"Best Song Ever" is One Direction's highest Hot 100 position to date. "Live While We're Young" peaked at No. 3 last year.

Despite 1D's massive success with their "Best Song Ever," Robin Thicke's huge summer song "Blurred Lines" has yet to relinquish its No. 1 spot. Featuring T.I. and Pharrell, "Blurred Lines" sits on top of the Hot 100 for the eighth straight week, matching Carly Rae Jepsen's long streak last summer for her massive ear worm "Call Me Maybe."

Eight weeks at No. 1 makes "Blurred Lines" officially the most successful single of 2013 thus far.

After making the climb to No. 2 last week, Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" fell back to No. 3 this week due to One Direction's massive success. However, that doesn't mean Cyrus hasn't had her own records. "We Can't Stop" is the fastest video to reach 100 million views on VEVO since the video service's inception.

The rest of the Hot 100 features familiar fare. Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive" dominates the rock arena at No. 4 on the Hot 100. The former No. 2 mainstay "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk and Pharrell fell one more spot to No. 5.

After peaking at No. 5 last week, Bruno Mars' "Treasure" fell to No. 6 this week, followed by Jay Z's "Holy Grail (No. 7), Anna Kendrick's "Cups" (No. 8), Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Can't Hold Us" (No. 9) and Florida Georgia Line's "Cruise" (No. 10).
