Judge Louis Levenson said that the lease didn't indicate that the $848 in alleged past late fees and utility bills as well as $4,500 in late fees for pool and lawn service fees and an eviction fee were considered late.
The unimpressed judge didn't know why the case was such a spectacle after someone whispered to him about the reality star's celebrity status he said, "These ladies don't like each other, do they? Nobody goes to court over $71.48, adding, "Why anyone would be fascinated by this case escapes me," he said. He then urged the two parties to resolve this without more court action. "A bad settlement is better than a good judgment."
