"Crazy Kids" singer Ke$ha is known for being the wild child of pop music. From admittedly drinking her own urine to brushing her teeth with a bottle of Jack Daniels, the pop starlet is known to raise eyebrows with her off-color comments and actions, odd mouth habits aside.

In news that isn't nearly as surprising as it should be, Ke$ha told Heatworld.com she was born with extra bone sticking out of her back, somewhat like a tail.

"I had a tail when I was born. It was a tiny tail, about a quarter of an inch, then they chopped it off and stole my tail. That was when I was little. I'm really sad about that story," she said.

All human embryos have tails around 24 to 26 weeks of development. Though the excess skin is usually fused into the rest of the body of the tailbone, a small amount of babies are born with tiny vestigial tails. Apparently, baby Ke$ha, born Kesha Rose Sebert in 1987, was one of those babies.

The tail story may seem like a little too much information, but Ke$ha is not a pop star known for keeping things to herself. On her MTV documentary series, "Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life," the "C'Mon" singer was seen drinking her own pee.

And in continuing with oversharing her life, she spoke on the incident. "Mine isn't that bad, but I'm a very hydrated person. It tasted kind of like candy," she said.

Weird.

For any wild Ke$ha fans who love more information about the pop star, fear not. "My Crazy Beautiful Life" was renewed for a second season.
