Travis Scott put on a killer performance Thursday night for his PNCXX Tour stop at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles. In the middle of his set he shocked concert-goers with a surprise from his mentor, Kanye West, as Yeezy ran on the stage to perform his hit "New Slaves."
Leaving his elaborate Givenchy mask at home, Yeezy hit the stage in a simple hoodie and jeans, as the crowd helped him complete the lyrics to his song.

Although Travis Scott is signed T.I.'s Grand Hustle, he has worked closely with Kanye West. He has co-production credit on multiple Yeezus tracks, including "Black Skinhead," "I Am a God" and "Guilt Trip."
Scott spoke to MTV News about getting started on "Yeezus." "I went to Paris super early," Scott told MTV News of how he ended up on "Yeezus." "At one point it was just me, Kanye and Noah [in the studio], and that's when he first introduced me to some of the [song] ideas. I was just around him a lot, especially for this album, curating sonics," he added. "It's like crazy memories."
