"Man of Steel 2" rumors continue to come in as the "Man of Steel" sequel has fans buzzing. Ever since the Comic Con 2013 reveal that Batman will be featured in the latest Superman movie, comic book fans understandably are excited. "Man of Steel 2" is expected to begin production in 2014 with a theatrical release in 2015. The Superman vs. Batman movie will feature Henry Cavill as Superman and Zack Snyder in the director's seat. Who will be playing the Dark Knight? Well there are a number of casting rumors surrounding big name actors to play Bruce Wayne.

According to the website Batman-on-film.com, Warner Bros. is looking for a more grizzled actor to play the role of Bruce Wayne. They are said to be looking for a Batman in his mid-40's. The website says fans should start looking towards actors in their mid-40's who are good actors. The website lists some possible names including Jude Law, Josh Brolin, Jon Hamm, Ben Affleck, Jim Caviezel and others.

According to The Independent, Snyder is looking to consult with Frank Miller, the man who first created the Batman and Superman meeting in the comic books more than 30 years ago. The Independent also reports that in addition to Cavill; Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane are set to reprise their roles in the "Man of Steel" sequel. They also note how Joseph Gordon-Levitt has been rumored to play Batman. However, if they are looking for a grizzled mid-40's actor, Levitt would not fit that role.
