The "Real Housewives of new Jersey" reality star Teresa Giudice is scrambling to save her family after being indicted with her husband, Joe Giudie for Financial fraud and faces 50 years in prison.

According to RadarOnline, the housewife's enemy has to start planning on where to send her children if she is to spend time in prison, but doesn't want her kids near her brother, Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa Gorga.

"Teresa would rather die than let the kids go to Melissa," the source told RadarOnline.

The source added, "Teresa has been telling people that she isn't going to go to jail because she has four kids, and that no judge would take a mother away from her children."

Reports of Teresa feeling calm about the charges have been circulating because her husband is rumored to be taking the blame for the indictment, but now she's having concerns about the well-being of her children.

"Teresa doesn't even know what she would do if she has to leave her kids without a parent, but she knows she doesn't want her family to have them," the source told RadarOnline

"She is terrified about what could happen to her family," The source added.
