Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa wants no parts of the legal mess she's in and her husband, Joe Giudice. The reality faces 50 years in prison, but may given a second chance if she testifies against her husband of 13 years.
According to In Touch Weekly sources "Joe could end up taking the fall." Federal attorney working of the Guidice case, David DeStefano said that the housewife could get a plea deal if she gives her testimony and be granted a smaller punishment.
Teresa is worried about losing her 4 children and may plan on giving up Joe to the Feds before losing her family and fame.
An insider told In Touch, "She'll continue to put on the facade that she loves Joe - until she's ready to throw him under the bus. She's not going to lose everything."

After being released on a $500,000 bond, the reality housewife was spotted at a NYC event and was asked about her current "jail time" status saying, "You can't stop living!"
Although, the reality star seemed to be upbeat, Teresa is still shaking in her boots, "Look at her, she was sitting on the beach after the news broke." The source added, "She has watched how Joe's fraud case and been pushed back for months and months and she is telling people that she believes that is going to happen with this case too. The source explained to RadarOnline,"Teresa doesn't think she's going to go to jail. Joe is going to take the fall for everything and Teresa knows it."
