Miley Cyrus is still riding high off the success of her record-breaking single "We Can't Stop," but that doesn't mean she's going to put out a lackluster album and hope that the single carries it. Miley btought in some big name talent for her upcoming album Bangerz, which she partially revealed in an interview with MTV.
"Big Sean and Ludacris and, of course, [Pharrell] has done a bunch of my records, so I'm really excited about that," Miley said. "I get to work with Future, who's like my favorite kind of new artist right now, even though he's not that new now. All his music is everywhere. But he's just someone that I really, I love working with. I love writing with him. Him and I wrote a bunch of songs on this record together, and he's featured on one of them."
Miley has already collaborated with Big Sean for his Hall Of Fame-hyping video "Fire" (and Big Sean also got the rumor mills started when he implied that Miley's rocky relationship to fiancee Liam Hemsworth was finally over). Future, Pharrell and Ludacris have reputations for turning everything they touch into gold, so it should be interesting to see if their streak holds true for Bangerz.
If the album is anywhere near as good as the work Miley has put into suggests- Miley herself has admitted the album came before everything and almost ended her engagement- then we should be in for a treat when Bangerz hits later this year.
