Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez 'Back Together' 2013, as Friends with Benefits? 'Believe' and 'Come & Get It' Crooners Single, 'Hook Up Whenever in Same City'

The relationship drama between Justin Bieber and on-and-off again girlfriend Selena Gomez might seem confusing to some... but in reality, they're just two youngsters enjoying life! Sometimes Jelena's together, sometimes they're not. And apparently both the "Believe" crooner and "Come & Get It" sweetheart are both okay with that! Does this make them fall under the "friends with benefits" category?

According to a Hollywood Life insider, "Their relationship is at a bit of a holding pattern... They are pretty much single but will hook up when they are in the same city." 

So apparently the Biebs wasn't in LA on Sunday (August 11) to support Gomez at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards...

But this sort of makes sense. On the "Spring Breakers" beauty's 21st birthday (July 22), she was spotted getting cozy with her former "Baby" beau. But just a few days later, Bieber was spotted flirting with some older ladies while clubbing in NYC. They're not an "exclusive" couple, but still obviously enjoy one another's company when the timing allows.
