Justin Timberlake fans had to wait over six years between albums "FutureSex/LoveSounds" and "The 20/20 Experience." Earlier this year, the "Mirrors" singer announced that such a long break between albums would not be necessary between records three and four.
The second half of Timberlake's best-selling "The 20/20 Experience," fittingly called "The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2" will be released on Sept. 27, and yesterday, Timberlake took to his Instagram to announce the tracklist for the highly anticipated album.
In a series of short, silent videos, Timberlake revealed the titles of the 11 songs on "The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2" by writing their names in a notebook. Done in a seemingly random order, Timberlake penned song titles such as "Amnesia," "T.K.O." and "Cabaret."
By the end of the series, each of the 11 songs' name was revealed in their proper order. Check out the "20/20 Experience: 2 of 2" tracklist below.
1. "Gimme What I Don't Know (I Want)"
2. "True Blood"
3. "Cabaret"
4. "T.K.O."
5. "Take Back The Night"
6. "Murder"
7. "Drink You Away"
8. "You Got It On"
9. "Amnesia"
10. "Only When I Walk Away"
11. "Not A Bad Thing"
Most of the songs from "The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2" have yet to be heard. However, last month, Timberlake released the lead single "Take Back the Night" to some controversy. The party-celebratory single received criticism for sharing the name of an anti-sexual violence organization, of which Timberlake was apparently unaware.
It's unknown whether or not producers of the classic film "Cabaret" or the TV show "True Blood" will have similar feelings.
Justin Timberlake is about to wrap up the Legends of the Summer Tour with his "Holy Grail" collaborator Jay Z. The final show will take place tomorrow night (Aug. 16) in Miami.
