LISTEN to Lana Del Rey New Song 2013 LEAK: 'True Love on the Way' is Pop Rock Ballad, Likely from 'Young & Beautiful' Singer's Early Days as Lizzie Grant [LISTEN]

Once again, it's another day in the summer of 2013, which means that another reported Lana Del Rey song has leaked onto the Internet. This time, the rock-heavy track "True Love on the Side" has hit the web, and the aged demo is unlike anything fans have heard from the "Young & Beautiful" songstress.

It has yet to be confirmed when, exactly "True Love on the Side" was recorded, though it's likely it's from her early New York days as Lizzie Grant, when she was still discovering her sound and who she was as a musician.

Mixing together the pop-rock sensibilities of the early 2000s with a riff quite reminiscent of Aerosmith's "Walk This Way," "True Love on the Side" is the most unique (and thus, confusing) Del Rey leak of the summer.

The typically subdued, ethereal singer pouts and sings with a marked attitude on this demo. Del Rey's voice squeals and wavers in a carefree attitude, while she sings curious lines like, "I want your love / I'm a lion in a party dress / I won't stop until I get the best / Yeah."

"True Love on the Side" is surely a stomper, with hard guitar playing and a punky attitude. Listen to the newly leaked track below (via SPIN).

"True Love on the Side" is in no way the first unofficial Lana Del Rey track to leak this summer. Over the last month, new songs like "Black Beauty" and "JFK" have leaked, as well as old demos like the Lady Gaga diss track "So Legit" and the unfinished "TV In Black and White" demo, "Living Without You."
