Chris Brown is not the luckiest man in the world. After beating his hit-and-run case, the singer was back in court for fudging his community service records and was charged to 1,000 hours of community labor.

Brown was sentenced to community service after his domestic abuse case with Rihanna back in 2009. The D.A. believed that the singer did not complete all his hours after he was signed off for completing hours the same time he was on a private jet to Cancun.

Due to the discrepancy the judge ordered Brown to serve 1,000 hours of community service with supervision by L.A. County officials.

MStars News previously reported:

Post seizure, Chris Brown is healthy and recovering with dropped charges from his hit-and-run case, which was just dismissed, according to TMZ.

Although, the "victim" claimed that she didn't want money from Brown and wanted to drop the charges, the L.A. City Attorney wanted to pursue the case because Brown was aggressive towards the plaintiff after the fender bender calling her a "bitch."

The City Attorney argued Brown was on probation and he should have been punished for leaving the scene without giving his license information. The judge eventually dismissed the case.

Mark Geragos Brown's attorney told TMZ, "The case never should have been filed in the first place.  It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done."
