Kimye Baby Diaper Bag Revealed: Kim Kardashian Pregnant With Second Baby? Post-Baby Body, Couple Steps Out With North West

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and baby North West made their first public appearance since the birth and all anyone can talk about is Kimye's wardrobe. Unfortunately, North West was covered, so there were no photos of the baby yet, but photographers did get pictures of Kim's expensive accessories. Kim was reportedly holding a $30,000 Hermes diaper bag! Rumor has it Kim is also already talking about having baby number two.

Kim and Kanye were spotted on August 14 with North West and the baby's nanny. The couple was heading to the doctor's office looking dressed down, although Kanye was carrying a giant bag, which I'm guessing the "diaper bag."

Fans finally got to see Kim's post-baby-body. According to Us Weekly, Kim has already lost 30 pounds from her pregnancy weight. However, Kim may be putting the baby weight back on sooner than you think.

According to Life & Style Magazine via GlobalGrind.com, Kim is enjoying being a mom so much that she wants to have baby number two soon! "She's told friends that she wants to have another baby soon, within a year," a source with Life & Style Magazine said. "Kim's a planner and she has always had a timeline in her head. Even before Kanye came into the picture she wanted kids while she's young."

According to Life & Style Magazine Kim gained about 60 pounds during pregnancy and she wants to have another baby before she loses all her current pregnancy weight!

"Kim wasn't ready for how totally in love she was going to be with Nori," the source continues. "She can't believe how much this baby completes her. After such a difficult pregnancy, Kim was on the fence about having a lot of kids. Now she knows she wants a big family."
