Earlier today, the members of One Direction and director Morgan Spurlock held a secret Q&A press conference for their upcoming concert film/documentary, One Direction: This Is Us. See what Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson had to say about their upcoming movie, which premieres tomorrow night!
During the press conference, Styles said that he was excited for fans getting a deeper look inside the lives of the band members. Though the members keep fans up to date and informed on Twitter and such, Styles said, "There's only so much you can get across on social media, so this is a way to show how we are for our fans to see."
Director Spurlock announced that this new film will prove to be "five times better than anything else similar" due to the fact that there are five separate members, each with a story to tell in the film.
You may remember the trailer footage for This Is Us showing Zayn's mother calling him, crying to thank him for the house he had bought her. During the press conference, the usually quiet Malik admitted that he was glad such a personal moment was caught on film.
"It was amazing for me because I can look back and see when she first saw her house," he said.
Liam (who has been promoting the film on his Twitter account recently) said: "I think at the moment we just want to see how this one goes to be honest with you.
"It's so nerve-wracking making the film and stuff. I was thinking the other day when we sit in the premiere and everybody is actually watching it on the big screen it's going to be amazing but I don't know, maybe we'll see how this one goes, see if people like it."
"Because so much is happening to us you kind of just lose it all," Tomlinson said. "It's great just to sit back and watch it back and remember and relive those moments."
