The Weeknd finally got back on a track with his biggest booster, Drake. "Live For", the latest track off Kiss Land finds Abel and Mr. Graham enjoy being sad, being together and being sad together. Over a slow, Japanese string arrangement, The Weeknd once again lays his soul bare (Spoiler: he's despondent) before he lets loose a refrain that comes off as vocal dubstep/trap wobble, a high-speed belting of "This the sh*t that I live for" laid end to end.
Drake talks his success, reminds people that he was first to cry over rap beats, drops OVO and XO references and compares himself to Prince (which...no. You haven't earned what he's earned, Aubrey).
Kiss Land drops September 10, a full seven days before Drake's Nothing Was The Same.
