RHOA Kim Zolciak TWINS Confirmed: Pregnancy Expecting 6th Additions To 'Don't Be Tardy' Family

Former "Real Housewife of Atlanta" cast member Kim Zolciak is pregnant with twins in her fifth pregnancy with her husband Kroy Biermann.

According to Us Weekly source, "Kim is having a lot of anxiety about her pregnancy, she's completely changed her ways," the source added, "She's reached out to some nutritionists and other specialists about staying healthy as of recent." 

Zolciak has two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12 and two sons with Biermann, KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months.

Although, Zolciak claimed that she was done having children after her fourth child, she surprised fans on her Bravo spinoff "Don't Be Tardy" where she confirmed her fifth pregnancy, but her twins comes as a shock to everyone.

In July 2013, Biermann officially adopted Kim's daughter's, Brielle and Ariana. Kroy said, "In order to keep balance you have to have priorities," the NFL defensive end added, "Our careers are our priorities, our kids, our health, our happiness ...Now, my house isn't going to be as clean as it was before, but it's not important. Those things are not important and it's all about prioritizing and understanding."

Zolciak admitted she wouldn't have made the same decision and gushed over their family, "I don't know if I could love anybody else's children as much as Kroy loves the girls. I just don't know if I have it in me," she said.
