Thursday, Drake unveiled his "Nothing Was the Same" album art with images (child Drake and adult Drake) of himself facing off with a blue sky background.
The album is set to be released Sept. 24. Originally, the album was supposed to be released on September 17, and was pushed back to final touches that needed to be done. The rapper's producer, Noah "40" Shebib tweeted, "Hold on we're almost done."
The rapper told Rolling Stone magazine that he doesn't sound the same on his new album, "This album is about growth," Drake added, "When I play it for people, they ask, 'Who's that rapping?' I'm like, 'That's me.'"
Drake has been a target of countless social media jokes and fans wasted no time to joke about the album cover with hilarious tweets and memes.
