Demi Lovato, 'Glee' Season 5 2013 [VIDEO]: Adam Lambert & Naya Rivera's Twitter REaction to 'Heart Attack' Songstress Casting Rumors, Fox Hasn't Confirmed Yet

"X-Factor" judge Demi Lovato is reportedly in talks to join the fifth season of FOX's hit musical series "Glee," but there has yet to be an official announcement. That has not stopped cast members Naya Rivera and Adam Lambert (who is another new face on the show) from showing their excitement on Twitter!

According to Rolling Stone, Demi will be portraying Dani, a struggling New York City-based singer whoe is friends with Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) and Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera). She will also be sharing some screen time and songs with Lambert.

Lovato will debut on Glee on October 3rd in the second part of the show's Beatles tribute; she'll appear in at least six episodes in the new season, and the show will work around Lovato's other gig on The X-Factor. An agreeable schedule shouldn't be too difficult - both shows air on Fox, with The X-Factor results shows leading into Glee on Thursday nights.

Lovato had previously acted on the television shows "Sonny with a Chance," "Grey's Anatomy" and "Prison Break."

She also just turned 21 this week! Her on again, off again boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama caused some rekindled romance rumors to pop up after he tweeted a birthday message to her:
