Alec Baldwin Fight with Paparazzi [PHOTOS]: Actor Gets into NYC Street Scuffle with Photog who 'Harassed' Wife Hilaria after Giving Birth to Baby Girl Carmen

TMZ reports that actor Alec Baldwin got into a heated street fight with an avid member of the NYC paparazzi on Tuesday (August 27). Apparently the unnamed photog was harassing Baldwin's wife Hilaria, who just gave birth to daughter Carmen Gabriela earlier this month.

TMZ claims that although the alleged aggressor, the photographer ultimately called the cops after getting into a public scuffle with Baldwin. The paparazzo insists that he did nothing to provoke the "30 Rock" actor - "All I can say is I was doing my job asking him normal questions and he flipped. That's all." Witnesses claim that the photog initially approached Bladwin and Hilaria, asking tons of questions. In order to avoid him, Hilaria ducked into a nearby tea shop. She just gave birth on Friday (August 23).

After "putting his hands on" the camera guy, Baldwin also apparently called the cops.

According to a friend of the Baldwin's - "What kind of sick twisted psychopath chases a woman who just got out of the hospital from having a baby into a tea store?"

The story is still developing, but TMZ spoke with an NYPD rep who says that both the photog and Alec who each admit pushing and shoving each other." No charges are currently being pursued.
