Kourtney Kardashian Pregnant, Scott Disick Posts 'Baby Bump' PHOTO on Twitter? 'Looks Like an Angel' Twitpic Goes Viral, Expecting Baby No. 3?

Rumors suggest that "KUWTK" starlet Kourtney Kardashian's pregnant with baby no. 3. On Tuesday (August 27), Kourt's longtime beau Scott Disick posted a photo on Twitter allegedly flaunting her growing "baby bump." Disick captioned the Twitpic with, "Looks like an angel." Is he referring to his stunning baby mama, or the little secret "bundle of joy" blossoming in her belly?

First, as Mstars previously reported, gossip reports initially suggested that the pregnancy rumors surroundng Kourtney K were false:

Earlier this month, OK! magazine reported that Kourtney Kardashian was pregnant with her third child from longtime boyfriend Scott Disick. But shortly after, the "KUWTK" beauty debunked such baby bump rumors (well, sort of). Kourtney K was spotted chowing down on some sushi in LA on August 6... and according to doctors, pregnant women should always avoid raw fish due to bacteria that could lead to illness. So for now, the reality show couple's merely keeping busy with son Mason and baby Penelope.

An alleged OK! insider reveasl, "Kourtney has confessed she's expecting. She's very excited and only telling a select few right now - but she just couldn't keep it quiet any longer... Kourtney has that kind of glow she had with Mason and Penelope... they wanted to have one right after Penelope."

But there's a huge chance that such pregnancy rumors aren't true. The 34-year-old starlet was recently spotted out for lunch at Banzai restaurant in Calabasa, CA with boyfriend Disick, mom Kriss Jenner, and siblings Khloe and Rob. And she was eating sushi. Check out the photos here. The casually dressed Kardashian enjoyed some rice rolls as she chatted with the fam.

According to the Daily Mail, several US-based doctors recommend that pregnant women avoid raw fish due to bacteria that could lead to illness.

"Parasites live in the meat of raw fish," infectious disease specialist Larry Pickering posted on BabyCenter. "While sushi chefs are very careful, that doesn't mean they detect every single parasite. And because pregnancy suppresses your immune system, you're much more susceptible to serious illness from any food-borne organism."

Still, for several other cultures (including in Japen), eating sushi while pregnant isn't an oddity (as long as the fish cotain safe mercury levels).

But for now, it appears that Kourtney K is NOT expecting another child with Disick. The couple's already having enough issues with aspiring model Michael Girgenti questioning baby Mason' paternity...

But now that that's all settled, maybe they will exband the family!

Doesn't really look like Kourt's flaunting any sort of baby bump... but who knows. What do Mstars fans think?
