The world may still be talking about Miley Cyrus' twerk-heavy performance of "We Can't Stop" and "Blurred Lines" at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, but that doesn't mean the pop star has stopped doing her proper job, which is making music. And it seems as though the former Hannah Montana has two big collaborations in the works. She has reportedly been in the studio with Kanye West and Britney Spears!
According to the New York Post, Cyrus skipped out on her own post-VMAs party to get back into the studio with West, who was also notably absent from any post-ceremony celebrations. Cyrus is on record leaving the VMAs early -- the singer tweeted as such -- and apparently it was not due to anger for not winning the Song of the Summer Moonman, but to record a remix of "Black Skinhead" for a "Yeezus" remix EP due out later this year.
Before Cyrus even performed the twerk seen 'round the world, she was reported as being in the studio with the only singer who "gets her," fellow former Disney good girl Britney Spears!
Following a series of tweets seemingly confirming a Spears collaboration on Cyrus' comeback album "Bangerz," pop songwriter Sean Garrett confirmed the collaboration in an interview with Vibe.
@BritsAsianArmy shit is nuts!!!

"It's fun, exciting [music]," he said about "Bangerz." "We got one with that Britney."
It should be no huge surprise that the two are coming together. After Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" music video premiered, Spears tweeted that she was a fan of the track. Similarly, in an interview with Huffington Post UK earlier in the summer, Cyrus said that Spears was the "only one who gets it."
