John Stamos 'Full House' Reunion for 50th Birthday [PHOTOS]: Rat Packed-Themed Bash Goes Viral, Actor Tweets 'Greatest Night of My Life!'

John Stamos just celebrated his 50th birthday on August 19 - can fans believe it? In honor of this monumental occasion, former members of Stamos' "Full House" family reunited at Hollywood's Sunset Tower Hotel on Tuesday evening (August 27) to celebrate! Following the festivites, Stamos tweeted about having the "greatest night of his life.

Over 200 of Stamos' closest friends and family came out to have a good time on Tuesday night. "Full House" stars Bob Saget, Candace Cameron-Bure, Lori Loughlin, and Ashley Olsen were also in attendance. Saget emceed the event, and comedian Jeffrey Ross even showed up to "roast" the "Necessary Roughness" hottie. Tom Jones also performed.
