Around 4:30 am on Wednesday morning in the Calabasas, California, private neighborhood where pop singer Justin Bieber lives, police spotted the 19-year-old's white Ferrari ignore a stop sign and pulled it over. Bieber was driving the car (this time), but was not supposed to be due to having an out of state license. California law states that new residents need to get a state license within 10 days of moving to the state. Justin moved to Calabasas at the end of June.

TMZ reported:

"Sources say Justin was cited for running the stop sign and for driving without a valid California License. JB was ordered to get out of the driver's seat -- and his passenger was allowed to drive the car home.

"If Justin wants to get back behind the wheel -- he'll be required to hit up the DMV first and obtain the proper CA driver's license ... and if he wants to make that happen by the end of the day, he should probably get in line now.

"Calls to Bieber's reps have not been returned."

We all know that this is not the first time Justin has had problems with his car. Earlier this year, Justin was involved in a speeding incident in the same neighborhood and has had numerous traffic violations issued while he or someone less had been driving the infamous white Ferrari.

Justin can't seem to stay out of trouble. He was recently in an alleged "brawl" in the Hamptons earlier this month, and now he's getting behind the wheel when he shouldn't (for many reasons).

Do you think Justin is getting back into his "bad boy" lifestyle that Selena Gomez dumped him over?
