Justin Bieber 'Bong' PHOTO: Selena Gomez's Ex Smoking Weed En Route to Studio? Dumps Marijuana 'Bong Water' from Mercedes Party Van

Oh my - "Believe" crooner Justin Bieber was caught red (bong) handed... well, allegedly. Someone in Biebs' crew (we're not saying it was definitely him) was spotted dumping bong water from a Mercedes party van en route to a Hollywood recording studio on Wednesday (September 4). And TMZ has the photo to prove it.

For those readers still unaware:

A bong (also water pipe, billy, bubbler, bing, or moof) is a filtration device/apparatus generally used for smoking cannabis, tobacco, or other herbal substances.

Apparently, Selena Gomez's ex has been riding around the streets of LA in a pimped-out Mercedes party van all week long. On Wednesday, the van was on its way to Jim Henson Studios when THIS happened.

Yup, that's someone in Biebs' van emptying out the marijuana remnants of a bong (allegedly).

It remains unconfirmed if that hand belongs to Bieber, but as TMZ points out:

Here's what we know ... the bong dumper is definitely NOT Lil Za or Lil Twist ... 'cause, well ... the hand is white. Duh.
