Louis Tomlinson made headlines earlier this summer when he signed a partial contract with his hometown football club, the Doncaster Rovers. Unfortunately, during a friendly charity match with professionals and celebrities, Louis made headlines again, but for pretty harrowing reasons. The 21-year-old pop star was tackled during a match that was meant to be friendly game play, by Aston Villa star player Gabriel Agbonlahor. Going down with a leg injury, Tomlinson later vomited and had to leave the pitch. His fans are not happy with the aggressive footballer.

Here is a video of Agbonlahor's tackle on Tomlinson:
As you can see, the seasoned player came over to apologize to the One Direction stud, but the damage had been done. Louis started to vomit and had to leave the game, which was certainly disappointing to the younger, female attendees.
"It was one of those things," said Agbonlahor. "I'll apologize to Louis when we meet up. I know he enjoyed playing in the game and it's fantastic that he took time out to be here."
The tackler was attacked on Twitter by One Direction fans. We all know how aggressive these "Directioners" can be on Twitter, but now Agbonlahor knows first hand. Here is one example:

"I was feeling a bit rough before the game," said actor Martin Compston, who also took part in the charity match. "But everyone put an arm round me and I think I fared a wee bit better than the guy from One Direction by the look of it."
"I've never seen Agbonlahor tackle anyone in my life, but he went fair through the wee boy because, when he walked off, he looked in a bit of a state," he added. "I hope he's all right, but I'm sure his management were worried."
