Wes Welker as Britney Spears Viral VIDEO: NFL Star Dresses in Drag as 'Ohh La La' Singer for High School Pep Rally, Lip Syncs Christina Aguilera?

Wes Welker is a popular NFL wide reciever for the Denver Broncos. But back in 1996-2000, Welker was a student at Heritage Hall High School in Oklahoma City. And during a pep rally his Senior year, Welker dressed up in drag as pop princess Britney Spears... blonde wig and all. And the "vintage" video clip of Welker lip-syncing and shaking his booty on the gymnasium floor has since gone viral online.

During an interview with NFL Total Access reporter Dan Hellie on Tuesday (September 10), Welker was asked about his high school portrayal of the "Ohh La La" singer.

"Gosh, I'd love to say false there, but I did," Welker said. "I'd love to say false, but they have me on video. I've already bought them off, so you won't be seeing that anytime soon."

KWTV showed-off Welker's dance skills (a-la Britney Spears) in a segment entitled "Wes Welker Channels Britney Spears" a few years ago.

"He was a superstar in the homecoming pep assembly lip sync contest in his senior year," Welker's former teacher Betsy Horn reveals. "He was a backup dancer. Probably the one that brought the house down with his portrayal of Britney Spears."

Apparently Welker also performed Christina Aguilera's hit song "Genie In A Bottle" - that video has yet to surface online.
