Eminem will release his highly-anticipated eighth studio record "MMLP2" on November 5, 2013. And on Saturday (September 21), Slim Shady debuted the new album's Detroit-inspired cover art. Check out the viral Instagram photo here:

James Larese, director of Eminem's new music video "Berzerk," claims that Shady wants to recapture "that feeling of why we fell in love with the hip hop genre to begin with" on his new album, "MMLP2." Which is why this cover artwork's so reminiscent of Eminem's original hit record from 2000, "Marshall Mathers LP" -
The cover art for "MMLP2" is rather eerie, considering Eminem's Detroit childhood home is currently abandoned and up-for-sale. As Mstars originally reported:
The house featured in this photo is Eminem's childhood home in Detroit - 19946 Dresden Street, more specifically. Shady lived in that home throughout most of his teenage years.
And now, fans can own part of hip-hop history.
The "Marshall Mathers LP" home is up for sale via the Michigan Land Bank website. Currently there's no minimum bid on the property - just a $35 processing fee if an individual's offer is accepted. Check out parcel number 21034756 for more details.
According to MLive Detroit, property records show that Land Bank has held possession of the home since October 5, 2012. Records show that Debbie Nelson (formerly Debbie Mathers, Eminem's mom) owned the house from March 1992 - April 2003. The property has been through at least 10 owners since Ms. Mathers' residence.
The market value of Shady's old home currently remains unknown. The popular real estate websiteZillow estimates that the property's worth about $33,000, despite its dismal condition and location. More information can also be found on Trulia (estimated cost, $37,000).
One nearby resident told MLive Detroit reporter Eric Lacy that the neighborhood has been "plagued by drug and gang activity for several years." The source also warned outsiders to be careful - drug dealers often prey on Eminem fans who stop by and visit the home.
