Eminem will release his highly-anticipated new album MMLP2 on November 5, 2013. Right around the same time, fellow rapper Busta Rhymes will debut his follow-up record to 1988's classic Extinction Level Event: The Final World Front. The album (entitled Extinction Level Event 2) will feature a "six-minute rap battle" with Slim Shady. According to Rhymes, the track "Calm Down" includes" lot[s] of real incredibly golden moments." Hip-hop fans have a lot to look forward to come November!

In a recent interview with XXL magazine, Rhymes reveals some major collaborations that'll be featured on his tenth studio record. According to the Brooklyn native:

"I definitely want to say the next single I'm getting ready to drop is a record called "Thank You" that I produced myself... It features Kanye West, it features Lil Wayne, and it features Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest. That's definitely going to be one of the more immediate, eventful moments that you are gonna be able to experience from this phenomenal body of work."

Rhymes confirms that "Thank You" will drop sometime later this week. Another single entitled "You Will Never Find Another Me" will feature vocals from hip-hop/soul goddess Mary J. Blige.

So, how about that Eminem duet?

Allegedly, one new ELE2 song entitled "Calm Down" will feature Slim Shady and Busta battling it out:

"I've got a six-minute record with Eminem that sounds like we are respectfully trying to battle each other in a way that you probably never heard us battle in our entire careers on a record... So it's lot of real incredibly golden moments for us on this project."

Pretty exciting stuff! Fans already know that the two emcees work well together:

Accoring to Rhymes, Extinction Level Event 2 will hit stores sometime in mid-November.
