Kanye West is currently being sued by a paparazzo over a scuffle at LAX. However, Yeezy is showing that photogs aren't the only one who can bring legal action. He's pressing charges against two different photographers that, the Yeezus rapper claims, trespassed on his property to snap pictures of him as he was leaving for the airport.
Via TMZ:
Sources directly connected to Kanye tell TMZ ... Kanye has reviewed the security footage from his Hollywood Hills home, and he says it CLEARLY shows at least one of the photogs trespassing on his private property.
We're told Kanye says he will file a police report and ask that the photog be prosecuted for criminal trespass.
As you know, two photogs (not TMZ) showed up at Kanye's house at 4 AM and peppered him with questions about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel, and Kanye went ballistic.
Kanye is currently beefing with Kimmel over a skit that infantilized the rapper's BBC Radio 1 interview. However, the story of two photogs getting all up in Kanye's private property (there's a Ray J joke in there somewhere, if'n you're a gross) helps to underline what Kanye was talking about in his epic all-caps Twitter rant.
