Taylor Swift Dating Rumors 2013 [PHOTO]: 'Sweeter Than Fiction' Songstress Cast in 'The Giver' Opposite Alleged Hook-Up Brenton Thwaites? Will Sparks Fly on Set?

There has been plenty of talk about Taylor Swift maybe having some sort of romantic relationship with Brenton Thwaites, but now their respective casting in the film The Giver has added plenty of fuel to this rumor. Previously reports made it seem like the two had no interest in each other, so these new claims could just be a response to the casting news.

"If Brenton wants her, it's game on and she would be all about it," a source close reportedly to Taylor revealed. "They had a connection and she is definitely looking for a boyfriend, so this might work out if he wants to be in a relationship with her."

"Taylor was there for work but as soon as she and Brenton started talking she pretty much ignored everyone else in the room. Harvey Weinstein was the host of the party and he got a little attention from Taylor but no one else seemed to be able to break into her orbit - she was completely locked on Brenton," another source said.

These sources could just be pure speculation considering other insiders have denied the rumors.

"He was with a group of about eight people at Bar Masa in NYC on Wednesday night," another source said. "At one point, after dinner, I heard someone ask him about hanging out with Taylor at Soho House two nights ago in Toronto and he said, 'I took one photo with the girl! I mean, we were hanging out all night, but now suddenly she's my girlfriend!'"
