Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez 2013: 'Stars Dance' Songstress & BFF Taylor Swift 'Laughed Hysterically' at 'Heartbreaker' Ex-Boyfriend

Over the summer, there were numerous reports claiming that Taylor Swift hated Justin Bieber and that that hatred had caused some sort of rift between her BFF Selena Gomez and herself. Those rumors have since been proven incorrect by the mere fact that Taylor and Selena spent plenty of time hanging out together this summer. And now a new interview with Harry Styles' ex-girlfriend revealed that the two have laughed at the claims!

When asked by Glamour magazine about the rumors of her disproval of Selena dating Justin, Taylor responded, "Oh, Selena and I laughed hysterically on the phone about that."

Then when asked if the rumors were actually true, the "I Knew You Were Trouble" songstress said: "Does it matter?"

There you have it! Taylor is a pro at handling rumors!

She also went on to talk about her love life and how she still hasn't found her "perfect fit."

"Here's what I've learned about deal-breakers," she said. "If you have enough natural chemistry with someone, you overlook every single thing that you said would break the deal. I've seen my friends take someone back after they've cheated because they fit perfectly. But I don't know, because I've never had a perfect fit with someone."

Do you think that last part was about Justin cheating on Selena?

Taylor continued: "You can't say, 'I'm never gonna date a high-profile person in the arts!' But whoever I date, famous or not - whether I ever date again! - all chaos will break loose. With fabrication and frantic obsession and who likes who more and how it ended. But right now is easy because I'm single and happy, and it's very relaxing."
