Justin Bieber just released one of his most anticipated songs of his career when he debuted "Heartbreaker" earlier this week. Besides the release of the song itself, this news brings confirmation that the 19-year-old pop star is still reeling from his recent split with Selena Gomez that happened earlier this year. We know this thanks to a description of the song that Bieber himself included when sharing the song.

Bieber posted a link to the iTunes page for "Heartbreaker" with the following message on his Twitter account:

"It's a song for people going through heartbreak - like I was when I wrote it. It means so much to me to be able to share what I was, and still am going through, with my fans. I'm very proud of this song and I hope it gives my fans some insight into my heart. - JB."

Of course this brings to mind his failed relationship with Selena Gomez considering it was all over gossip websites and tabloids. Plus the cover photo at the top of this page is the picture Justin posted on his Instagram page on July 4 with the caption: "Heartbreaker."

He sings: "Despite all the imperfections of who I am I still wanna be your man/I know it hasn't been easy for us to talk with everyone being around/But this is.. this is personal, this is for me and you/And I want you to know that I still love you."

Justin is trying to make it pretty obvious that this new song is about Gomez. Maybe he's even blaming her for the break up? What do you think?

A source recently revealed that Gomez and Bieber have no chance of getting back together, though.

"They both don't talk to each other anymore. After some back and forth and second chances, the relationship is over," the source said. "They know that they will see each other again at similar functions with their careers as they are and will be cordial to each other, but a relationship between the two and even a friendship is pretty much dead in the water right now."
