A$AP Rocky Slap: Criminal Case Against Flacko Can't Begin, Accuser Can't Find Rapper

A$AP Rocky landed in hot water after allegedly slapping a female fan named Lisa Wade. However, charges have yet to be filed against Lord Flack because no one can seem to find that pretty motherf**ker.

But since police didn't see it happen and it's a misdemeanor offense ... Wade had to file a PRIVATE criminal complaint with the D.A. -- which means the alleged victim has to give the D.A. contact info for the alleged assailant.
Problem is ... the paperwork was sent to A$AP's record company -- as Wade requested -- via certified mail, but he wasn't there to sign for it. Bottom line ... the docs were returned to sender.

A$AP was performing at Jay Z's Made In America Festival and reportedly became enraged at  women who were grabbing his clothes while he walked through the crowd. Wade alleges that after she grabbed the performer, he reared back and caught her on the cheek.

Rocky has been busy promoting his friend A$AP Ferg's album Trap Lord, so finding where the rapper is at any given time may prove difficult.

Until Wade can find a home address or other way to pin down the leader of the A$AP Mob, the case can't move forward.
