Beyonce Releasing New 'XO' Single on Jay Z's 44th Birthday DEC 4th: Obsession with '4'

The singer will end The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in Brooklyn, but her fans are not too pleased with the delay, however swirling say the "XO" single will be released Dec 4^th for Jay Z's 44^th birthday.

The "Irreplaceable" singer will finish her yearlong tour at the Barclays center in Brooklyn December 22. The singer was recently in Brooklyn shooting her music video for her newest single "XO" at Luna Park in Coney Island, which is expected to be released before the holidays. Sources say that the singer will release the single on her husband, Jay Z's birthday on December 4. The singer is all about the significance of the number 4 and may have meaning behind why she has chosen to wait for the release of the song until December.

In the video, Beyonce chose to shoot the new music video in the rapper's hometown and even wore a Notorious BIG fitted hat on set to represent the BK. Although Jay Z may appreciate the birthday gift, die hard Beyonce fans will not be patiently waiting for her new single to be released.
