Taylor Swift just released her latest song, "Sweeter Than Fiction," which was inspired by the movie for which it was writer, One Chance. In a new interview, however, the "I Knew You Were Trouble" songstress revealed another story behind the song. According to the 23-year-old singer, she had to fight for this song to be made and get released!

"Sweeter Than Fiction" premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival as the closing credits track for One Chance. The film follows the true story of Paul Potts (played by James Corden), a down-on-his-luck man who won Britain's Got Talent back in 2007. Taylor was happy to write a song for the film and even worked with fun.'s guitarist Jack Antonoff on the single.

But it wasn't as easy as you would think! According to Taylor, it was a bit of a struggle to get this song made.

"I had to fight to do this because I try to take a break in between albums and try to give people a minute to not hear me on the radio," she said.

"I had to go around and ask people, 'Can I please, please put something out?' even though we're supposed to be going quiet," Taylor explained. "My management, my label were like, 'No new music until the next album comes out.' Then I saw the movie and I was like, 'I have to be a part of this.'"

Luckily for us Taylor managed to get this song completed and it is now available for streaming! Check it out right HERE!
