Ciara pregnant rumors: 'Body Party' songstress and rapper boyfriend Future engaged, baby bump talk true, wedding before birth? [PHOTOS]

Earlier this month, rumors suggested that "Body Party" songstress Ciara was "secretly" pregnant with boyfriend Future's baby. As Mstars previously reported:

According to MediaTakeOut.com and several other popular gossip outlets, "Oh" beauty Ciara is expecting her first child with rapper boyfriend Future. And here are the first set of baby bump photos to prove it...

MTO reports that Paper magazine held a party at NYC's Marque nightclub on Thursday evening (Oct. 17). The major rumor behind-the-scenes during the event was that Ciara is indeed pregnant. This according to her style team... members attempted to dress Ciara in a way that would "hide" her growing baby bump.

In several photos Ciara touches her belly in a loving maternal bonding gesture. Ciara and rapper Future have been dating exclusively for over a year. It's no secret that Ciara is ready to have a child to complete her fairy tale romance.

Meanwhile, 29-year-old Future is already reportedly the father of two young children by two different women.

Well, guess what - Ciara and Future are now engaged!

According to the couple's publicist Chris Chambers, Future popped the question with a 15-carat diamond ring over the weekend (Ciara happened to be celebrating her 28th birthday).

Ciara later tweeted:
